I am a mother of 4 beautiful girls. I have a great job, working from home, and wouldn't have it any other way. I love being there when my kids need me. I love that they are getting older and I love the conversations we have with each other! I have a wonderful husband who is my best friend. He does everything he can to make all of "his girls" comfortable. I like to spend time with my family and friends. I also like scrapbooking and blogging. But as you can see, I don't have much time to fit that in!
Kylee doesn't want her name to be Kylee anymore. She can't decide between "Diamond" and "Sparkle". We voted Sparkle since it has a "K" in it.
Kally told me that she used to think she was supposed to open her eyes during the "opening prayer" and close her eyes during the "closing prayer". She says she's figured it out now though.
During a Family Home Evening, I asked the kids a question regarding Heavenly Father and Jesus. Kally pointed to heaven with her fingers. Kylee looked up and said "Where, I don't see them."
Kylee wanted a drink. I asked her to wait a minute so I could finish what I was doing. Of course she asked and asked and asked. I finally told her to "hold her horses"! She replied with a serious look "I don't have any horsies, mom!"

Up and around
We have to give Kylee her antibiotics ever 6 hours, noon, 6pm, midnight, and 6am. It takes about 40 min to go through the whole process. It didn't take long for Kylee to figure out how to be mobile, even when she was hooked up to the pump. She would just pick it up and go!
Dear Kristen, Linnae told me about your blog and your poor little girl. I just wanted you to know I am thinking about you and praying for you. What a horrible experience for you. I am so so sorry. Monday will be 4 years since Fisher's fall "out the window". So I am thinking about you for many reasons. I know it is easy to say, but please let me know if I can help you in any way. I can bring out dinner or something. I am sorry you had to be in the hospital for so long. I pray your little one will get better soon. Kristen, Hang in there. Love Lisa Rogers 967-2343
